Day 2

Not stellar … but not horrible either.  We went out for breakfast, as always on Saturday’s after therapy.  Ate a handful of almonds in the afternoon, as we had such a late breakfast.  Followed up with our Valentines/Ian’s birthday dinner out at a local hibachi & sushi place.  I had to guess on the items … and as I only ate half, I think I overestimated.  But better that than the other.

So here’s the day … it is late and I am not much in the mood for writing, so this is short.  Tomorrow will be better.  By plan, it will be better.
